The truth is, prices change every day, and so do we. You'll see some staple pricing for a general idea, but we can't realistically keep live store prices on our site for every item. That’s how we keep you from overpaying for the “convenience” other delivery services pretend is a luxury. 

Rest assured, our shoppers don’t just grab groceries, they make smart, money-saving magic happen in the store. 

Our team hand-picks your items in real time, shopping sales, snagging BOGOs, and choosing smarter substitutions to stretch your dollars- just like we would for our own family. (Did you order "4 individual cans of coffee" but a "4 pack of coffee cans" is $2 cheaper? We're grabbing the cheaper one!)

Overall, our pricing is similar to an Instacart order — but with something you can’t get anywhere else: one-on-one service from start to finish, personalized care, and the kind of magical touches that make your Disney vacation even more special.

Our flat rate delivery is $25 to Walt Disney World Resorts. No crazy mark-ups, no outrageous service charges. Non-Disney resorts are an additional $10 as we must meet you in person for these orders. There is a nominal credit card processing fee (~4%), and that's it!

We recommend booking at least one week in advance, but we try our best to squeeze in orders within a day or two if needed! Our calendar is generally open for several months at a time for those who like to plan in advance!

We primarily shop at Publix which is a full-service grocery store with fresh produce, a large deli, bakery, etc. They’re known for amazing sandwiches and platters!

 

We are happy to special order additional items from other stores such as Walmart, Target, and Whole Foods (if not available at Publix) for a small fee. This must be arranged with us in advance!

We deliver to all resorts on Walt Disney World Property!

 

•All Walt Disney World Resorts- you do NOT need to be present for delivery unless you order alcohol.

We do NOT currently deliver to vacation homes such as AirBnBs or VRBO’s.

Your confirmation email will provide a link to modify your list! Finalized lists are due at least 3 days before delivery! But don't worry, if you forget something just send us a message or let your personal shopper know when they reach out! 

Your shopper will message you directly the day prior to or the day of delivery to verify substitutions and ask questions! You’ll work with them one-on-one to ensure you have everything you need!

After your order is complete, the card on file will be automatically charged or an invoice will be sent via email or text message!

We accept all major credit cards, even international ones!

For Walt Disney World Resorts: most orders are shopped and delivered the day prior to your arrival.

These orders will be left at Bell Services and you do NOT need to be present for delivery. Perishables are stored inside of refrigerators and freezers!

This ensures that everything is ready to be picked up as soon as you check in and helps avoid communication delays due to travel. (Please book delivery for the date you are arriving, not the day before!)

For ALL Non-Disney resorts (including third-party resorts on Disney property): you MUST be physically present for delivery. Your shopper will meet you during the time window selected when booking. You must be present for the ENTIRE window, regardless of the resort's delivery policy.

Our stores carry a large range of gluten-free, dairy-free, top 8-free, and vegan items. All of our shoppers are trained on handling food allergens* and will work with you to help ensure that you get exactly what you need. We’re always happy to special order specific items for dietary needs as well for a small fee. Send us a message!
